As we are seeing winter is well and truly on it’s way. So what do you do to keep the cold, snow and serious wind away from you skin?
Exfoliating gets rid of dead skin cells and lets lotions and cream penetrate deeper into the skin to keep it soft and healthy for longer. This stimulates the blood circulation and gives you a healthy glow.
2) MOISTURISE DAILY
Did you know that wind and cold air can burn your skin? A lotion or moisturiser for your skin type can eliminate dryness. Try lotions that contain cocoa butter, shea butter and vitamin c. These natural ingredients help the skin look health and glowing.
3) WEAR A SCARF
As well as a hat for your forehead. Not only it will keep you warm and protect you from diseases but it will also keep your skin from getting hit by the wind, rain and other elements that can dry out your skin.
4) DRINK WATER
Keep your skin and body hydrated throughout the winter. Aim for an average of 8 glasses a day.
